The day began at 8 a.m. at the conference table with two of our very strong sales agents. We reviewed plans for the year and revisited some wonderful opportunities at Safari Realty that enhances their individual business goals. A few hours later, met with one of our buyers here at the office to discuss their future plans and some of the properties that might meet their needs. Went out with Frank to keep him company in the car as we ran some business errands. Of course I was starving, so we enjoyed a late lunch of Chinese food.

Came back to the office and worked with Lucy, Laurie, and Lola to get out the 2016 calendars. Listings don’t always just appear at my door (LOL), so I worked on chasing down some properties for my buyers, and what better shoes to do some running in than my high-heeled Coach sneakers!

With Lucy’s expertise, created the brochure and flyer for my homeowner on Berglund Avenue, for which we are having an open house on Sunday from 2-4. I took a ride with Frank to bring the completed calendars for mailing out to the post office in the evening, then prepared a quick, light dinner, and konked out in the middle of a rerun of “Castle.” If I repeat this day, for certain it will be Groundhog’s Day!

Please keep in mind from January 1 – March 30, Kiwanis is collecting gently used and new shoes (for both underprivileged adults and children). If you would like to be a part of this wonderful cause, please deliver them in plastic bags, rubber-banded in pairs, to 1958 Victory Boulevard, our Safari Real Estate Office. And remember, It’s Always a Woman’s Right to Shoes!
