I had a meeting at the Staten Island Mall yesterday for a very exciting program for the Staten Island consumers. I was asked by the National Association of Realtors, through the Staten Island Board of Realtors to chair a homeownership matter housing fair. I’m already thinking of what kind of shoes I’m going to wear at the mall for those 3 days in October. It is a really great opportunity for the consumer. Let’s start the buzz now. Macy’s is having a great sale, if you purchase 3 pairs of shoes and pick them up on June 6th, you get 30% off! I can’t wait to pick mine up! I had an appraisal first thing in the morning, then doing a CMA, followed by an Engineer inspection. Stay posted for my three new pairs. Comment as you please. Sorry for the delay on the shoe posting and thank you to everyone for your condolences and for keeping our family in your prayers. So, the two tone pump is most in fashion, also purchased at Macy’s at the Great American Shoe Sale. And guess what? There is another shoe sale coming right up! So I might see you there, except I have a Board of Directors meeting at the Staten Island Board of Realtors at 9:30 this morning and then I have 2 showings, then an engineer inspection followed by three more showings. Comment as you please. Frank is holding a career seminar tonight at our office 1958 Victory Boulevard at 7:00PM. Comfortable brown leather shoes with an open weave. Just right for the start of summer. They carried me through the day so far. I’m showing a beautiful 2 family that has been converted to a magnificent 1 family, at a short sale price of $341,000. On the road to the Hilton for a Project Hospitality lunch then a showing at 31 Hylan Blvd to an apartment that has the most magnificent view of the city. Then over to Il Divo on Hylan Blvd for a Staten Island Business People Mixer and then from there over to powerful yoU at Julianna’s Restaurant on Hylan Blvd. Pheww are my feet tired.
